11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and completion of bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You acknowledge that closed accounts cannot be reopened and that you must create a new account if you wish to resume using vvlj services in the future, subject to these terms.

12.2 Termination by vvlj

Continued use of vvlj services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
